Took a drive to the Royal Gorge area to see the worlds tallest suspension bridge. While you can walk over the bridge we chose to view from afar as this area is now a "theme park" type attraction. It would have cost us almost $50 to walk the bridge. The above photo gives a good view of the bridge and canyon below.

That is a magnificent bridge, but $50 to walk over it?
Did you see the one ride where they fasten you, laying belly down!, into an enormous swing and propel you into the air over the gorge? Kind of looks like a ride at the county fairs, only one a WAY larger scale? Can't remember what it is called, Skycoaster?, but it looks crazy!
