Hard to capture the immense size of these trees with a photograph. While not the tallest of redwoods (that would be the California Coast Redwoods in N. Calif.) the Sequoia's are most certainly the biggest on earth.

We would have a better idea of the immense size of the tree if you climbed to the top and Shirley took a picture!
